Obituary for Rina Verdi
Rina Verdi died Peacefully on Tuesday February 21.
Rina was born in NYC and moved back to Italy before coming back to her beloved Greenwich Village. Upon moving back her fondest memory was looking out her Aunt's window and seeing Our Lady of Pompeii Church. She was a self taught Seamstress and was always willing to repair or hem friends and family clothing especially the Priests at her home Parish.
She is the wife of the late Joseph. Beloved mother of Manny and his wife Sheila. Grandmother of Max, Ruby and Carlos. Great Grandmother of Josephine. Sister of Olga Oneto and close family friends Shala, Guilermo and Justin.
